In brief

Three situations you know

I

You pass missions on for free

Your friend lands it, you're happy for them… and you get nothing. No framework, no record, no commission — even though the mission came from you.

II

Offering a contract to a friend is awkward

So you don't, and not the next time either. Scoutfee sets the framework for you: the request no longer comes from you.

III

They missed your LinkedIn message

The mission went to someone else. Here, every mission sent has a deadline, a halfway reminder and an answer.

User guide

I invite, they sign, I track my commissions

  1. 1

    I invite my network

Add your contacts, even those not signed up yet, and set your default terms: fixed amount or percentage, duration, reciprocity.

  2. 2

    They sign online

The master agreement is first shown in plain English, then signed right in the page. Once per person. For them, it's free.

  3. 3

    I track my commissions

Sent, seen, interested, applied, won. When it's won, Scoutfee tells you exactly how much to invoice, and to whom.

What people ask us most

What is a business referral agreement?
A contract between two professionals: one introduces a deal, the other pays them a commission if they sign it. Scoutfee provides the template, gets it signed online and keeps track of who introduced what, to whom, and when.
How much does it cost?
€10 + VAT per won mission. No subscription, no credit card at sign-up. You only pay once you've won: each won mission is billed when it's won.
Does Scoutfee take a cut of my commissions?
No. Whether your commission is €400 or €30,000, it's €10 + VAT.
What about the freelancers I invite?
Free, always. They sign the agreement, receive missions and declare their activity without ever paying.
Does Scoutfee collect or invoice my commissions?
No. Scoutfee tells you how much to invoice and to whom. You issue your invoice yourself, then mark it invoiced, then paid.
What if the freelancer doesn't declare the mission?
We can't force them. But every acceptance is timestamped and signed, monthly declarations get reminders, and an undeclared month shows. You can also update the status yourself: the change is logged and the freelancer is notified.
Where is it available?
In France to start with. Neighbouring countries will follow, each with an agreement validated by a local lawyer.
